For a little while I've been working on the motherhood sessions and I have to say I'm just dead in love with them. Maybe it's my own motherhood tinting my impressions, maybe it's because I'm meeting the most amazing mothers, maybe its because this project is just so honest, real and full of the complexity of mothering.
“Whats the best thing about mothering? “ You know when you’re right at that edge, and want to maybe murder your child? But then they do something so sweet and cute and you feel like your heart with explode for loving them so much? ”
These portraits are some true hearts work; I love to see the joy and the bonds between moms and their children. The patience, the tears, the kisses, the cuddles and of course, the tubs!
